This picture was taken after WWII, when this ship was returned to Yugoslav navy. It`s taken from album "Brodovi Jugoslavenske Ratne Mornarice 1942-1972"

It says it is "Orjen" class torpedo boat, this in particular is "Durmitor" that (together with "Kajmakcalan") luckilly escaped last war day in April through Otranto Italian barrage enroute to Alexandria.

Re torpedoes, if original, should be German "2 x Toro 53,3 cm".

As far as I know the original German torpedo tubes were redesigned for French torpedo diameter 533 mm, which were to become the standard torpedo armament for RYN ...

Anti aircraft gun of 40 mm was Bofors type. They were armed with AA heavy machine-gun type M.38 Zbrojevka 15mm ..

I am in possession of book "tashenbuch der kriegs-flotten 1937" in which there are no original data for this type of Yugoslav torpedo boats as they then were new and were not known. But the data is entered with handwriting that the torpedo diameter is 550 mm ...

So I'm not sure what to think ...

There is no French 533mm torpedo at least in navweaps:
http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WTFR_PreWWII.htm

The Beograd destroyer class and Osvetnik submarine also had 550mm Torpedos.

I said that I'm not sure what to think .. Data are contradictory depending on the source to the source ..

I could not confirm the accuracy of any data,

From  what i have read all leads me to believe that they were french torpedos and with that 550mm.

One more Yugoslav Torpedo Boat: British Vosper Model

Coming back on torpedo tubes, for "Dubrovnik" should be 533 mm, and for "Beograd" class destroyers, I found also 550 mm, although I would rather state 533 mm.
"Smeli" class submarines 550 mm, "Nebojsa" class 533 mm.
"Orjen" class MTB 550 mm.
"Chetnik"/"Uskok" MTB 456 mm (somewhere 457 mm).

By the way, these older MTB were produced by Thornycroft of London (attached) and not by their competitor British Vosper.

Your right Thornycroft, they only merged later, thanks for correction. The drawing i posted is for when in Italian service.

Kriegsmarine in der Adria says 55cm model 1923DT for Beograd.

Will have to wait for summer. I'll go to the Navy Library then.

Another photo. This last 4 photos came from Navi e Armatori gallery.

A Priest running a mass.

Of notice: The two anti submarine depth charge racks, i never noticed them in Royal Yugoslav photos but in this photo the ships are still with Yugoslav armament. As seen by this 4 photos italians after while took the 15mm and 40mm Bofors and replaced them by 2 20mm.
