Da, to je lanser PPd raketa УРК-5 "Раструб-Б" ( SS-N-14 Silex).

Evo ga i snimak namernog udara fregate 811 Беззаветный u Američku krstaricu CG-48 Yorktown, 12 februara 1988 godine, kada je ova ušla u Sovjetske teritorijalne vode u Crnom Moru.
