A bit off topic, but I have the following from the USAF archives (microfilm): From serial block 52-2893/52-3329 (Republic F-84G Thunderjet) the following have been delivered to the JRV.
52-2893 / 52-3329 : ------------------- 2913, 2924, 2926, 2928, 2932, 2936, 2937, 2939, 2946, 2948, 2951, 2953, 2955, 2962, 2963, 2964, 2971, 2972, 2989, 2994, 2998, 2999, 3007, 3183 notes : All of the deliveries from 52-2893 / 52-3329 are labelled “project MDA00029” on the USAF individual aircraft record card. Furhter, both project 'MDAP-2' and 'MDAP-18' are mentioned, when using “project MDA00029”.
Does anybody have the correct tie up to the JRV serial numbers?

Hello,
See this picture, which was made a few years ago at Zeljava. These 2 Thunderjets are parked next to at C-47. Recently, I have heared that these 2 aircraft would be 10531 and 10686 (a IF-84G).
But, I cannot read these serial numbers, or the 531 and 686 codes on the nose.
Can somebody confirm (other pictures) their identity?
Thank you

Yes, there are 10531 and 10686. After their operational use, both were transfered to the 200th Air Base at Bihac. The first one 531, is 528447 served with JRV since July 1953, while the second one 686 is 523192, received from Hellenic AF in 1960.
