Na fotografiji DSCF0534 vidi se vrlo dobro zanimljiva "izvedba" oplate  Smiley

Toliko je tokom vremena trup Aurore stradao, da je kod velikog remonta 1984-87 izmijenjeno oko 50% dijelova krstarice. Ne samo vanjskog, nego i unutarnjeg (motorni dio, kompletne kabine), a sve je to odvuceno u zabitni dio Finskog zaljeva. Samo odvuceni dio trupa je bio duzine 120 m. I onda je nakon kraceg vremena pocelo raznosenje dijelova unutrasnjosti; naslo se starih moneta, cak i samovar iz 1903.g..........)
