Na T-34 je najčešći kvar bio na "ciklon" vazdušnom filteru, koji je bio "tako dobar", da po rečima Amerikanaca, "ni neprijatelj ne bi napravio gori". I tenkovi KV bili su poznati po katastrofalno lošoj transmisiji. Sama ideja je bila dobra, ali je kvalitet sirovina i njihove obrade bio neprihvatljiv. Tek su mašine dobijene iz SAD po lend lizu omogućile poboljšanje kvaliteta. To je činjenica koju u sovjetskim izvorima nigde nećete naći, a ona je neopozivo tačna. Te su mašine korišćene do kraja pedesetih godina, dok SSSR nije obezbedio sopstvenu proizvodnju npr. precizno rezanih zupčanika, na svojim mašinama. Za osvajanje potrebnih marki čelika takođe je bilo potrebno nekoliko godina.

који је извор за ово?
Мислим да сам раније читао на једном руском сајту резултате тог америчког испитивање где наводе лош филтер, али и коментар да ни амерички филтер у том периоду није био пуно бољи.

Izvor je ispitivanje T-34 na američkom poligonu gde im je sad i tenkovski muzej. Ne mogu sad navesti tačno, mrzi me da tražim, ali tako jeste. Mehanički su Shermani, iako uopšte uzev mnogo lošiji tenkovi od T-34, bili mnogo preciznije izrađeni, udobniji za posadu, a imali su i stabilizator topa u jednoj ravni.

Imali ste Njemaček tenkova savremenike T-34 i šermana koji su bili "ekstra" precizno odrađeni neki na dosta većem tehnološkom nivou, a to je za sobom povlačilo visoku cijenu izrade i dugotrajan proces same izrade. Na kraju je II SR dobio kvantitet, a ne kvalitet tenka.

Starting with 1942, all T-34 tanks have an improved Cyclone filter, which provides 99.4% air purity at air dustiness of 1 gram per cubic meter. This filter also needs cleaning and oiling every 3-4 hours.

IS tanks in development will have an improved air filter, providing 100% air purity at air dustiness of 3 grams per cubic meter, and can operate without cleaning for 8 hours. This filter is designated "Multicyclone".

Спор, непоуздан, али изузетно импресивног изгледа — T–35.


Користећи планове из 1930. године, руски инжењери успели су да створе реплику једног од најимпресивнијих совјетских тенкова у историји — чувено оклопно возило Т–35.
Т–35 је пројектован тридесетих година двадесетог века.




Налазио се у наоружању совјетске 5. самосталне тешке тенковске бригаде стациониране у Moскви која је често учествовала у војним парадама у периоду од 1935. до 1940. године.
