Hello Honza.

Yugoslav Hawker Hind had a Gnome-Rhone Mistral K-9 engine. Here is a photo:

Yes, I know.
Royal Yugoslav Air Force had three Hinds.

1) No.1 with RR Kestrel XVI
2) No.2 with GR K-14
3) No.3 with GR K-9

Hind with GR K-14 was used  at Zemun in 1940 as a trials aircraft.
Exist photo with this aircraft after crash on Zemun
(in book Alex Crawford - Hawker Hart family- Mushroom Model Publications - page 145).

As far as I knew, firs two Hinds was equiped with RR Kestrel XVI engines, and only third one with GR K-9. We would be very grateful if you share that picture with us.

Hi,
If you mean that this photo is Hind No2 with GR K-14 engine, please , note that its a No3 (1353) with new , modified cockpit canopy and with NACA ring over the K-9 engine. Modifications were made at ZMAJ factory, Zemun.

Somewhere in press or internet, this photo was misslabeled  as Hind No2 with K-14 engine, and the myth was spread around.
