Isplati li se STEALT tehnologija, po svaku cenu, posebno sada, kada savremeni radari bez nekih velikih poteškoća otkrivaju i takve avione. Чак и да се објективно не исплати војно-индустријски и са њима повезани политички "еснаф" ће тврдити да се исплати. Па морају се исплатити огромна улагања.

Airmen at Joint Base Langley-Eustis launch jets, jets taxi, pilots exit aircraft and inspect them, interact with ground crew.

USAF just said it will retire F-22 much earlier than planned
In recent days USAF official made some startling statements, outlining the future of their service. One which seems will be lacking F-22 Raptors. More about the retirement schedule and future composition of USAF in the video.

Why can't America build any more F 22s
The F 22 was the world's first true stealth fighter. And it ushered in the fifth generation of fighter platforms that would eventually come to include the F 35 along with China's J 20 and Russia SU 57.
And while that makes the F 22 older than its competition, the jet itself is still widely considered to be the most capable of the lot, at least in terms of duking it out in the skies while the F 35 is widely seen as the most technologically advanced fighter in the world today.

USAF Secretly Tests Reflective Metallic Coating On The New F-22 Raptor. Ahighly intriguing U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor stealth fighter is testing, The aircraft is seen largely covered in a tile-like reflective metallic coating that is unlike anything we have seen on a Raptor ever before. This includes laser systems intended to be fielded aboard fighter aircraft.
