Translation: good boats - fast 35 sec to submerge, reliable engines, stable in depth, but only seldom operated in combat due to weak hull depth resistance: 80m with 1.6 security coefficient (120m crush depth). Typical Italian submarines had a 80m, 100m or over but with security coef. of 3. So crush depth of 240 to 300m.
