Čini mi se da je USS Masačusets (ista klasa kao USS Južna Dakota) dejstvovao po vezanom MN Žan Bartu. Inače, u nekom dokumentarcu sam čuo podatak da su Amerikanci dugo krili da je MN Žan Bart bio vezan tokom bitke, želeći da veličaju uspeh svog bojnog broda.

E, ovo se zove baksuzan brod - HMAS Melbourne. Moram priznati da prvi put čujem za ove incidente, i prosto mi je neverovatno da u oba sudara, HMAS Melbourne nije bio glavni krivac, ali su u oba slučaja stradali njegovi kapetani Sad

Mornar, Wisconsin i Eaton su se sudarili 6. maja 1956. godine ispred obale Virdžinije usled guste magle. Wisconsin je teško oštetio pramac i kroz sedam dana je već bio na suvom doku u Norfolku. Popravke su završene u rekordnom roku od samo šesnaest dana. Iz Newport Newsa je za tu priliku dotegljen novi pramac, koji je prvobitno bio namjenjen za nikad završeni bb Kentucky.
