former HAF a/c, with I believe 2 recce tanks on the wings? any better pictures available?
has any Paluba member more information on the conversion program from F-84G to IF-84G? when/where converted, operational use, etc..

No, I think not. Look at the middle of the "5"and the "3" The "5"is in the middle, on the left, far lower as the "3" So I THINK (but not for certain) it is 10503 More confusing, over the years, spotter reports have reported both 10503 and 10505 at this location...... But I am open to the definitive answer!

From the United States Air Force serial blocks, used for the Republic F-84G Thunderjet, the following have been delivered to the JRV.
Block 52-2893 / 52-3329 : ------------------------- 2913, 2924, 2926, 2928, 2932, 2936, 2937, 2939, 2946, 2948, 2951, 2953, 2955, 2962, 2963, 2964, 2971, 2972, 2989, 2994, 2998, 2999, 3007, 3183 notes : All of the deliveries from 52-2893 / 52-3329 are labelled “project MDA00029” on the USAF individual aircraft record card. Furhter, both overall project MDAP-2 and MDAP-18 are mentioned, when using the JRV deliveries as “project MDA00029”.
