Izrael je isporučio Indiji prvi od tri ugovorenih aviona Phalcon (AWACS). Prema nekim izvoruima, Phalcon je sleteo na aerodrom Palam u Nju Delhiju 11. januara, odakle je odleteo za avio bazu u Agri.

Sistem je izraelski, dok je platforma na koju je sistem ugradjen - ruska, avion Il-76.
