HULL
Entirely constructed of shipbuilding aluminum (AlMg 4.5 Mn 0.
,
Riverine (flat) or V shaped hull (both for rivers and sea),
The bow designed to make SPRAY,
Bottom filled with PU foam,
Double-bottom,
Openings for easy access to engines and jets,
Stern features a platform covering the propulsion units,
The perforated sheet metal platform enables easy embarking and disembarking,
Control panel located in the vessel center, the design of which protects the vessel operator,
At the rear, there are two containers for bilge,
Ballistic protection plates for protection of crew and vital boat sections, made of composite materials and ceramics.
ANTI-CORROSION PROTECTION
The hull is painted with anti-corrosion coating,
Type, colour and painting pattern is agreed as per the customer’s requirements.
DRIVE AND CONTROL
SPB is driven by two diesel generators 440-480 HP, with water exhaust to reduce the noise and thermal signature (Yanmar, Detroit Diesel etc.)
Propulsion is achieved by means of two water jets, (Rolls Royce etc).
BOAT SYSTEMS
Fuel system,
Cooling and exhaust system,
Bilge system,
Fire protection system,
Ventilation system.
FUEL SYSTEM
Two aluminum fuel tanks below the cockpit,
Electronic fuel level indicator,
Filler necks on the vessel sides,
Remote control of the fast closing valves, exhaust line with odor filter,
Visual alarm with no sound signal,
Each engine has its own filter, double, water separator.
COOLING AND EXHAUST SYSTEM
Surrounding water as the water for engine cooling
Two suctions per each engine with a rinsing connection,
Gasses are exhausted at the stern by means of a damper, not obstructing the engine operation
BILGE SYSTEM
Two electrical pumps in each bilge cockpit,
One electrical pump installed in the engine compartment,
All pumps have manually operated pumps as backup.
Fire Protection System
Automatic system in the engine compartment,
Up to six hand fire extinguishers
Automatic space with opening for manual powder injection.
VENTILATION SYSTEM
Hot air is expelled at the rear end of the vessel by means of two electrical fans
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
12V electrical system,
Three groups of batteries (two starting batteries, one operating battery),
Main distribution board on the control panel,
Two search lights with their own control panels,
Standard navigation lights,
Radar and cameras as per the contracted specifications,
Electronic systems
Intercom system for crew communication
VHF radio
Radar
Other as per the customer’s requirement (naval battlefield management system, multi-sensor optoelectronic observation system, electronic intelligence systems, radar warning systems, satellite communication etc.)
ARMAMENT AND ARMOUR
SPB has 5-7 points for mounting of the armament, including
Various MGs and HMGs with optoelectronic fire control systems, 30 mm / 40 mm automatic grenade launchers, medium-range AT missile systems, smoke pot launchers, etc…
Ammunition capacity depends on the type of the weapon
SPB is additionally reinforced with removable ballistic protection modules, made from metal or composite/ceramic materials, protecting of crew and vital areas against fragments and HMG fire
