Šta piše u wikipediji, našo i u drugim izvorima. "Za Parenzano je bila izbrana lokomotiva vrste U. Tovarna Krauss iz Linza je dobavila štiri lokomotive: U20, U21, U22 in U23; v Trst so prispele leta 1902. Zaradi velikega števila voženj so jim leta 1908 dodali še lokomotive U37, U38, U39 in U40. Te so bile izdelane v Siglovi tovarni iz Wiener Neustadta. Vendar niti te lokomotive niso zadoščale zaradi prevelikega prometa. Ukratko o luki Kopar
Luka Kopar se počela razvijat od 1957, tri godine nakon gubitka zone A i zajedno sa njom i Trsta. Procvat doživljava nakon 1967, kada postaje željeznicom povezana sa zaleđem. Danas je pristanište neposredno povezano sa evropskim željezničkim i cestovnim sistemom i ima status granične ulazne točke Evropske unije. Njeno zaleđe je cijela centralna i istočna Evropa. Luka predstavlja intermodalnu trgovinsku vezu između različitih oblika transporta i pretovarnih sistema: RO-RO, opremu za pretovar i skladištenje generalnog tereta, kontejnera, avtomobila, sipkog, rasutog i tekućeg tereta, kao i stoke. Dubina mora je od 7-18m. Može primati brodove do 180.000T (nosivosti). Godine 2007 pretovor je prešao brojku od 15 miljuna tona. Nalazi se na četvrtom mijestu( od jadranskih luka) po prometu, iza Trsta, Venecije i Ravene. U planu je širenje luke izgradnjom trečeg pomola. Ko god je sluzio vojsku na Primorskoj i Krasu 1980-tih, sasvim sigurnpo je upamtio Koper po TV Capo di Istria, koji je mogao da se gleda na TV u kasarnama. Ali evo Kopra iz drugih vremena:
Koper iz vremena eskalacije Trscanske krize od 8.oktobra 1953, na dalje. Sve fotografije su iz Fotocentra JNA (danas Fotocentra lista Odbrana). Iskoristio sam ih u knjizici Trscanska kriza 1945/54, u izdanju Instituta za savremnenu istoriju Beograd 2009.
