Šest pripadnikov 45. centra goseničnih bojnih vozil v Večnacionalnem centru za ugotavljanje pripravljenosti (JMRC) v nemškem Hohenfelsu pripravlja štiri tanke M-84 in ostala materialna sredstva za zimske razmere.

U prednjem desnom lenjivcu se nalazi tahogenerator koji daje podatak o brzini tenka. Ovo je elektronika koja vrti jedan motor koji daje tačan broj obrtaja za određenu brzinu tenka, tako da je ovo baždarenje davača brzine tenka.

Ovdje mi sve liči na drugu stvar. Mjenjane su obe hidraulike. Da se pokvare obe hidraulike na jednom tenku je skoro pa nemoguće. Prije bih rekao da su pomiješali ulje. U tenku je ulje Aeroshell 40, a najvjerojatnije je dosipano ulje po GOST-u HUNT-S. Ne smiju se mješatiova dva ulja. Jedno je koštanog porijekla, a drugo je sintetsko. Spoj ova dva ulja pravi hemiju koja liči na kiselinu i uništava hidrauliku unutra.

Ova ulja mogu da se koriste u hidraulici horizontalnog i vertikalnog navođenja, ali ne smiju da se mješaju.

Hidraulika vertikalnog navođenja je veoma slična na T72 i M84, s tim što je razlika u dužini crevovoda. Duža su crijeva na M84 jer prolaze pored žirobloka, a koji je veći na M84, te crieva vertikale, ako bi se koristila ruska, bi zapinjala za žiroblok. Postoji i neka razlika u pojačanju, ali se to može regulisati na tenku.

Hidraulika horizontalnog navođenja ima razliku u dijelu povratne veze. Na hidropumpi su dva davača pritiska koji se razlikuju po načinu davanja signala na T72 i na M84. To se veoma lako može zamijeniti.

Tako da ako zapne za domaću hidrauliku, može se koristiti i ruska, ali uz male prepravke.

Тако и на "Прагама" у Ј-171А уместо "Aero shell fluid 04" сипају "HUNT-S" и онда се чуде што рачунари не раде.
