Aerodrom Afričkog korpusa vermahta (Deutsches Afrika-Korps).Na fotografiji se vidi top 75mm  (7.5 cm Gebirgsgeschütz 36) i trofejni britanski automobil -Morris-Commercial CS 8,i kamion Ford (ili Chevrolet).Pored opreme se uočavaju dva ranjenika na nosilima,a u pozadini  Messersmith 110 i neki drugi verovatno oštećen.

Pad američkog aviona 22.07.1944  Douglas A-20G-25 «Havoc» (№ 43-9432) iz  387 bombarderske eskadrile,312 bombarderske grupe.Njega je pogodila japanska PA kod obale Nove Gvineje,u blizini ostrva Karas.Posada,pilot 1stLt. James L. Knarr,i mitraljezac S/Sgt. Charles G. Reichley su poginuli.
