From where are Tigray fighters operating?

Despite Ethiopian government's announcement last month that military operation in Tigray region of Ethiopia was over, fighting still goes on in Tigray. Tigray forces have adopted the strategy of guerilla warfare. Although urban territories have been taken over by Ethiopian National Defense Forces but still Tigray fighters keep on hitting Ethiopian government forces. Where is Tigray fighters' powerbase in Tigray? From where Tigray fighters are operating and carrying out attacks on Ethiopian government forces?

Presence of Eritrean troops in Tigray has been confirmed by several international news outlets including The New York Times. To the north of Endabaguna is situated Shire town. Hitsats and Shimelba refugee camps lie west of Shire. Earlier several sources claimed that Eritrean troops committed war crimes at Hitsats and Shimelba refugee camps.
