Oslić i cipal iz pećnice (rerne).

Riba se očisti izvana i iznutra. Nakon ispiranja s vodom potrebno ju je ostaviti 10-tak minuta da se ocijedi. Za to vrijeme se priprema namaz od ulja, soli, ružmarina, kadulje, vlasca i peršina. Ocijeđena riba se osuši kuhinjskim papirom, zareže, posoli i popapri izvana, a namaže iznutra i izvana. Prije (i nakon) pećenja riba se natapa s uljem (posebno cipal koji je inače suvlja riba). Ribe se peku 45 minuta na 180˚C (pećnicu prethodno zagrijati). U međuvremenu se skuha krumpir, doda se sol, maslac i mlijeko. Sve zajedno se zgnječi. Dobar tek!
